Kaizen Casa – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kaizen Casa, we strive to ensure you love every product you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
• Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
• To cancel, email us at connect@kaizencasa.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
• If your order is prepaid, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• After Dispatch:
Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• Eligibility for Return:
• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, bills, and accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear not due to transit.
• How to Initiate a Return:
• Email us at connect@kaizencasa.com with:
• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photo(s) or video(s) of the item if damaged or incorrect
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable). For areas not covered, you may be asked to ship it back.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after:
• The returned product is received and inspected.
• Cancellation of a prepaid order (if unshipped).
• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
